Guest services and guest experience is your top priority! 

- Be knowledgeable in both food and beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, beer. 

- Posses the ability to help train and educate other bar and service employees 

- Ability to execute cocktail recipes with speed and consistency. 

- Keep a safe and sanitary bar area, including bar sinks, chemicals, organization. 

- Greet guests in a timely and professional manner

- Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner at the bar and cocktail area

- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques

- Maximize guest experience through steps of service and engaging conversation 

- Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age

- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar, including all bar prep

- Contribute to the tip pool when not busy in your section, running food, drinks, helping with pre-bussing in other sections
